Privacy policy

Last updated October 2026

Short version: we never store your emails or meeting transcripts. We keep only the tasks we find, who asked, and the one sentence each task came from. This is a placeholder policy for the beta and will be replaced by a full policy before public launch.

Who we are

Vronte is an AI priority assistant in private beta. Questions about this policy: hello@vronte.com.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your name, email, platform, the Google account you use on Google Play (if different), the tools you use, an optional role, and who invited you. We store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the raw IP) to stop abuse.
  • Account: your name and email from Google sign-in.
  • Tasks: tasks found in your sources, who asked, due dates, a quote of up to 300 characters that created each task, and a link back to the original email or meeting.
  • Your settings: your people and tiers, goals, rules and dashboard.

Google user data

If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, Vronte requests read-only access. We use it only to find tasks meant for you and show them in the app. Email and event text is processed to extract tasks and then deleted; at most an encrypted copy is kept for up to 7 days so a correction can re-run extraction. We don’t store whole mailboxes, threads or attachments.

Vronte’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don’t sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let humans read it except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires.

Meetings (Wispr Flow)

Meeting notes from Wispr Flow are handled the same way: read to find your tasks, then deleted. Only the tasks and their short quotes are kept.

AI processing

Tasks are extracted with Anthropic’s Claude API. Text is sent over an encrypted connection only to extract tasks and answer your chat requests. Anthropic does not train its models on this data.

Who else processes data

  • Supabase (database, sign-in and server functions)
  • Anthropic (AI processing)
  • Resend (waitlist and account emails)
  • Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on the waitlist form)
  • Google Play (Android beta distribution)

Security

All connections use TLS. Account tokens for your connected sources are encrypted at rest. Each person can only ever read their own rows.

Your choices

  • Disconnect any source at any time from Settings → Connections.
  • Delete everything from Settings → Data & privacy. This removes your tasks, people, goals and connections.
  • Leave the waitlist with the “remove me” link in any waitlist email.
  • Download a copy of your data from Settings → Data & privacy → Export my data, or email us for anything else.

Changes

We’ll update this page as the product grows and email you about important changes.
